MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
All Rich and Undefeated Co.™ apparel is made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
The “Ships next business day” wording shown with certain checkout shipping methods refers to carrier processing after fulfillment. It does not eliminate the made-to-order production period.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
For U.S. orders using Tapstitch Special Line, total production and delivery may take approximately 12–21 days. These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by order volume, holidays, customs, weather, carrier delays, or an incorrect delivery address.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless a promotion states otherwise.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately at richandundefeated@gmail.com if an address correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and may receive separate tracking numbers.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact info@richandundefeated.com.com with your order number and supporting photographs when applicable.
